I wonder if the El Camino has a Rat Motor. Those were a handful.

Great stuff Paul! Although the customs are nicely done, I much prefer the originals.

Looks like a nice event Paul! Standouts from this side are the Reliant, Rover/Lotus and that wild Vauxhall Viva!

Nice varied selection, Paul! Jaguar Mk2, Austin-Healey, Vanden Plas and that pair of 1966 Fords are my favourite!

Nice selection Paul! Makes me anxious for our first event of the year next weekend. The Jaguar Mk2 is in opalescent maroon, the color of my first one, so special to me. Yes, owned a couple of Big Healeys. A 1954 100 and a 1964 3000. That Florida Green one is a rare color.

The Reliant jumps out at me. I'm also drawn to then red Escort in the first photo - I know they are a common car for you UK fellows, but we don't see them over this way.

It was very neat Tom, and looked to be a car that was used regularly. Especially on the day that I saw it Paul, a wonderful Autumn day with plenty of sun! Very nice Martin. Did you slip your business card under the windscreen wiper in case the owner is looking to sell? That would have taken some delicate negotiating with Mrs Alfaholic Ian Having said that I wasn't expecting to see anything like the Alfa Spider in the beachside village we were visiting, these cars were all in and around the hotel we were staying in across the few days we were there. Neat Mustang Notchback and Mercury Cougar in the hotel carpark Pristine VW Camper Very straight MG B GT And in the town of Narooma as we were travelling north, a (rare these days) spotting of a Smart Roadster.

I like those early Cougars and the rodded black 1935/6 Ford coupe next to it looks nice too.

A few photos from the opening of Olympus Rally in Shelton, WA a couple of weekends ago. It inspired a new diorama that is posted elsewhere.
