Alex, what a nostalgic gathering of American muscle. Big thumbs up for the cream colored Nova SS, both GTOs and of course the Pantera brings a little Italian brio in the mix! Looks like a fun event!

Well Alex you'll not be surprised to know that that is my kinda show, I would love wandering around. Beautiful cars too. Obviously the '60 and '64 Impalas are gorgeous, love the Novas and the GTOs, Pantera oh yeah plus all the other goodies. But that Bruce Larson Camaro Funny Car, just wow. What a find. So cool that he knew your dad and that you had a chat with him.

With apologies to Julio, while the Imperial looks to be a bit more comfortable, I quite like the looks of the Renault.

Beautiful! 🖤 That’s a 1962 Imperial Custom, not a Chrysler! The Renault looks amazing, Jerry!

Beautiful! 🖤 That’s a 1962 Imperial Custom, not a Chrysler! The Renault looks amazing, Jerry! Sorry Julio. I guess the two name plates are always intertwined in my mind because unlike Cadillac and Lincoln, the Imperials were never distinctly marketed as a stand alone brand. Imperials were sold in the town I grew up in at the dealer that also sold Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth. It is a very nice car! A side note. I know its not Imperial related. That same dealer had a cut away slant-six engine on display for years. According to the placard, pre-production the engine was field tested in the local taxi cab fleet. I guess we were far enough off the beaten path that if they failed for some reason, it was unlikely it would become widespread knowledge.

That was the big problem Imperial always had, people kept calling them Chryslers in spite of the huge effort to market them as Imperials!

That is a magnificent Aston Martin Julio! Incredible lines, front to back and a fitting 'spin' on the ever-present A-M styling cues. Also spotted a very nice Mazda CX-5 in the background...err, that's more to my budget

The Camaro looks super impressive for a barn find Alex. I'm guessing Bruce Larson must have been trying to sell a kidney to buy it back.
