Fantastic show Paul, not a car that I don't like! For the Schwimmwagen owner, I hope his kidneys are still in situ after that drive.
I was once behind a Schwimmwagen on a country road somewhere in the UK decades ago. Might've even been this one.

What a spread Paul! One of the better ones, especially for those of us into classic, British steel! What a memory to see the Singer!!! My very first 'car show' attended was back in 1981! It was Easter, just had turned 12 was car crazy. The event was on the grounds/parking lot of the Orange Park Kennel Club. This place race greyhounds, for wager! Anyway, there was a Singer there seemingly identical to what you've shown! Wish I had pics, but we didn't take many back then.
Love the old postal truck, the 70s BMC cars in museum shape and who doesn't love a brutish, British Interceptor (it's one of my dream cars) although I suspect the dream would soon turn nightmarish.
Thanks again for sharing the local reports for the travel-poor, hahah!

Gee, Paul, there were so many beauties in that show that’s it’s impossible for me to pick a favourite although, I must confess that your Anglia would be among my top five!…I love reverse slated rear glasses!

Thanks for the photos Paul. The A35s brought back some memories as my father had an A30 for many years as his to-and-from work runabout. When we got the car it was a bright green, (not quite kermit green though),but he later painted it white, with a house paintbrush if I remember correctly . The Jensen would have to be my pick, a nice GT for a blast in the country. As much as I like your Anglia, I get the feeling it is obscuring the view of a rather nice Lancia Fulvia!

The Minx convertible looks great. I missed snapping a beautiful Jensen Interceptor myself the other day and a very nice large front engined Ferrari that looked something between an F12 and and 812 - im struggling to find pictures on line of exactly the car i think i saw. Instead i captured this rather less glamorous daily driver Morris

Fear not, the Fulvia will be along in the next batch of photos from this show. It was in very nice condition.

A friend in town has just has this delight delivered to him. It is a Slough built example, and is in perfect condition.

Superb. The detail differences between the French and UK-built examples are fascinating.
