My son in laws a Jeep guy, I'll ask him about the year. Nice looking model, but what, no seat belts! Must be a Florida rig. Even though the beach here to the high tide line is considered a state highway, there's no driving on the beach here anymore either.

Extremely nice looking Jeep model, BB! And, about your guess, you’re quite right, 928s are extremely rare in Mexico. Porsches were not sold in Mexico, from around 1960 up until the early 90s. Thank you Julio! I never knew Mexico had such a lapse in Porsche sales Would think there would have been a market, if even small, for the 30 year span! Superb, another Ixo win. Your pictures put this on my wish list. I even drove one of those once, albeit with a horrible lift kit and huge knobbly tyres which did nothing for its handling. They're fairly rare here, as you might imagine. Indeed Tom, IXO is just about always a pleasing choice! I cannot say that I envy you for driving a lifted Jeep. I think I'd wear a disguise My son in laws a Jeep guy, I'll ask him about the year. Nice looking model, but what, no seat belts! Must be a Florida rig. Certainly Tom, these beasts, at least the modern version are roaming the streets here like Fiat 500s in Rome! You better watch out, Dennis Collins is going to show up on your doorstep wanting to buy that Jeep From you. And if you don't know who he is, check out Youtube. I had a look Jeff. That man is a true high roller...his daughter adds well to the mix, and she is just not window dressing either!
OK, today is a significant US Holiday, Memorial Day. I guess it would be best if I could show a scale Army Jeep or Fighter Jet, but I just don't have anything that aggressive. What I do have is something you just might spot in a parade though?

Oh, there was a market, my friend! But, Mexico has a tendency to have protectionist governments that have done nothing but to hurt the country’s economy! The current one is one of the worse, by the way! Nice Eldorado! We share that fabulous model!

Nice model of a very unsubtle car. I'd expect some steer horns on the front.

The current one is one of the worse, by the way! Nice Eldorado! We share that fabulous model! Hurting economy? What a timely subject It's a worldwide hurt...rough times ahead for most. Thank you on the Eldorado! I'm not really the biggest fan of the the 1:1, but it is an iconic subject on many levels...plus I bought it when they were pretty cheap. In fact, I've owned several and have flipped a few for a profit! Nice model of a very unsubtle car. I'd expect some steer horns on the front. Tom, that would be a Prius' driving vegans worst nightmare I can picture Elvis behind the wheel. 😁 Or maybe one of his many 'friends' that he would gift Cadillacs? I can picture Elvis behind the wheel. 😁 Funny, I picture SnoopDogg..... That's about right Jeff! Furthermore, it's probably going to moving about 5 mph with a cloud of smoke billowing out of the cabin
To partially quote the great Ian Hunter of Mott the Hoople, We're now going all the way from Memphis to Munich, and something a bit more restrained?

After the previous abomination it's good to be back to a bit of class - and I'm not even a M-B fan!

Liberace's car? The Mercedes or the Eldorado? Who knows, maybe he had someone try to blend the two I know he had a Rolls-Royce/VW Beetle...the jokes just write themselves don't they?
