Great models, Paul! Have you posted photos of your cabinets? The glimpses you’ve shown us look fabulous! Thanks Julio. No I haven't posted photos of my cabinets on here but will have to get around to doing so at some time. I did post photos of my USA models on the old forum but never got around to photographing the contents of the others. There are various sort of themed sections including old models such as we all (I think) had when we were young, you'll have noticed my penchant for collecting old Corgi, Dinky etc so there are cabinets for them should the forum members wish to see them. Then there are the Aussie and Japanese vehicles, light commercials, British stuff, Europeans, race cars, heavy commercials etc. Plus as Michael (ifhp) noted, the parking garages. I collect too much . That all sounds great! I’ll be looking forward to your photos of all your cabinets, especially the Corgi and Dinky ones!

Great scenes Michael! Of course I am biased towards the ones with the Poplar/Anglia in them. 😁

Nice photos Michael, I have ridden in or driven English Fords many miles, normally trouble free. I have a number of the same models as you. The yellow Vanguards Anglia 100E is in my collection as it represents my father's first modern car, a 1959 model in Ming Yellow which he owned until the autumn of 1963 when he bought a new maroon Cortina 1200 Deluxe. I have a model that represents that car plus the two Mk3 Zephyr 4s, the 1965 maroon Cortina and his 1969 Mk4 Zephyr Deluxe V4. Oh and a plain Mk3 Cortina. He went Japanese in about 1975/6 when he bought a new Datsun Sunny 120Y saloon in glorious orange, I think they were the B210 in the US? He traded in the Mk3 Cortina against it. I refused to ride in the Datsun for ages although I did have my hotted up Anglia 105E at the time. His final car was another Ford though, a miserable spec 1994 Fiesta 1100. I drove it once, it was so slow that I think that my 997cc Anglia could have kept up with it!

The "UGV" Mark 3 Cortina is very close to the colours of my first car - baby poo brown, but mine had a beige vinyl roof not a darker one like the model.
