O Scale PeopleI started buying O-Scale figurines as accessories to my scale car collection, but now I find that these little folks have sort of taken on a life of their own. Potted Flowers by Busch by IFHP97, on Flickr As an experiment I ordered these HO scale potted flowers by Busch and was happy to discover that they work well in an O Scale/1:43 setting. Potted Flowers by Busch by IFHP97, on Flickr Henry Ford Figurine by BM Toys by IFHP97, on Flickr This figurine was made (by hand it says) in Russia. This would be Henry Ford in his fifties during the 1910s. Pretty good, though I think the real Henry Ford's face is narrower with a more pointed nose. I first photographed them with the 1994 Capri, but what with the transistor radio and all, these look more like 1960's folks, so I swapped of the Capri for the 1962 Mustang I. You're right, those really bring the diorama to life. Great stuff!

Some are definitely better than others. There are a couple that look like the zombies have taken over Fordville, but generally I'm a fan of adding figures to my displays.

Some very nice figures Michael and some excellent vignettes! I especially like the old guy in the flat cap napping. I can relate. 😄
