Love the brutal J car but it's got numbers on it. Fortunately for me Spark have taken the unusual step of announcing a numberless version. That one will definitely be coming my way. I see Spark have simply referred to this as the “Test Riverside 1966” without any mention of the fact it was the car in which Ken Miles had his fatal accident. I have no issue with them doing the car (just as they have done many other cars from fatal racing accidents), but I would like to have seen Miles acknowledged. Rant over, so on to the Camaro and it looks great. The only other black Camaro I recall is from Smokey and the Bandit, but this is way better looking. Smokey and the Bandit was a Firebird not a Camaro?

Love the Unser Camero! It may have convinced me to get one!

A car with some history as Ian mentions below. Yeah, that looks pretty amazing. Love it. Very fond of it myself. Love seeing the Spark treatment applied to more common 'murican cars! This along with that great Monza really capture the spirit. Very happy your old pre-orders came to be Jeff Hoping it does well in the market and it brings more like it. Thank you, I agree. I’m sure that “Uncle Bobby” would tell you that the black car was after because he was driving it, or because he waved his magic set-up ability across it . The black does suit the car well. Or all of the above. It does have an aggressive look. Love the brutal J car but it's got numbers on it. Fortunately for me Spark have taken the unusual step of announcing a numberless version. Both of these last two are keepers. The J car has been coming forever and frankly I had forgotten about it. The Iroc Camaro is evidence that Spark just might be showing a larger interest in the motorsports in North America. Well done you on both cars. Good to see you still ring the bell from time to time.

A rare event indeed, first car of the year for me. Tom gets the kill sticker here as after seeing his I went looking. Not the greatest model but it still looks the part. Solido Shelby GT500

Agree that it's not Solido’s best, but it's still rather nice. Good to put next to the basic current-gen Mustang. Hey, at least this time I didn’t cost you Autocult money!

A Bentley Continental GT comes to mind looking side on..... bizarrely!
Nice add.

They may be infrequent but always noteworthy when our illustrious leader adds a decent model to his collection/the forum.

I'm happy to support this one, these modern Mustangs are A-OK by me. There was a fleet of them running in the production car Bathurst 6 Hour race over the Easter weekend.

The Mustang's have been strong sellers in this part of the world since production stopped of our own 5.0L Falcons and Commodores. I briefly looked at buying one, but my wife wouldn't have a bar of it. Lol. The Solido may not be as sharp as some of their other recent products, but I suspect it will sell well. Interestingly I've just seen Corgi Vanguards will produce the Mustang in 1:43 as well - I'm not sure we need manufacturers producing the same models.

Just as well you didn't go through with it as I would have to have bought a Holden Camira to balance the books .
