Another fan of the 512BB...as I should be with that name
Lovely array of cars/colors that you have. These were NEVER officially imported here, but I have a fun memory of the car below!
Back in the Spring of 1998 I had just bought a new VW Cabriolet. I was driving on a local road and a red 512BBi passed me in afternoon traffic which was like spotting a UFO. Of course I saw it coming from a mile away. When the car was side by side, apart from the glorious V12 sound, I noticed the driver was this long-haired guy in his mid to late 30s. Being a music fan I actually recognized him and the driver was Jeff Carlisi, the lead guitarist for the Southern Rock band .38 Special. Some members of that group are actually from this area, but none seem to have that level of taste in cars . I studied this guy years later on the internet and noticed he would often wear a 'Ferrari' logo jacket while onstage in the 1980s, not I know why! Also learned that his father was a professor and also very much into classic European cars including old Jaguars. Just all something I will always associate with the 512BB, perhaps even moreso than the Bburago version I got when I was about age 11! It's up there in history with the Countach in my eyes

The BB is megacool. One of the cars I loved as a youth. I even printed posters of the 512 as a test for graphic arts college.

I absolutely love music and the history surrounding it just as I do with cars. While .38 Special is really not my cup of tea, I am very much fascinated by the well-spring of famous rock bands & artsists that originated within a short distance of my home area: Amongst those include the following that I know of: Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Classics IV, .38 Special, Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, The Allman Brothers Band (some members), Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (they were actually my next door neighbors about 10 years ago!!!), Derek Trucks/Susan Tedeschi, Limp Bizkit (barf.....), Pat Boone (born here), Tom Petty & most recently Shinedown. Not really a fan of most of these, but it really is a point of fascination to my mind...

Great trio for me but the silver is my favorite.

Although red is the colour for the BB, it's the silver wins for me too and being an Eidolon the quality is beyond compare

Marcel, have you seen that Matrix are to release the SWB Lagonda? Not sure where you stand on this one as I seem to remember you were quite dismissive of it on the old forum but as a completist you will surely need to get it.

Wonderful trio - Can't choose between the 3 (yellow, red, silver) with the black lower half of the body. Well, all are almost impossible to find for reasonable prices. I was lucky with all of them... Gorgeous models of that fabulous Ferrari! Thanks I would take any one of the trio, but agree, the Make Up version is my favorite too. Thanks The BB is megacool. One of the cars I loved as a youth. I even printed posters of the 512 as a test for graphic arts college. Can't remember ever seeing one for real when I was in my teens. Did see a silver metallic BBi, as the model, a few years ago, still really nice car. That's a magnificent collection of BBs. Thanks That’s quite a cool memory! Have never heard of that band, or most of the others you mention Great trio for me but the silver is my favorite. Mine too Although red is the colour for the BB, it's the silver wins for me too and being an Eidolon the quality is beyond compare I had a silver with black 1:24 Bburago as a kid, probably explains my preference. Even this Eidolon model from years ago has top quality. Marcel, have you seen that Matrix are to release the SWB Lagonda? Not sure where you stand on this one as I seem to remember you were quite dismissive of it on the old forum but as a completist you will surely need to get it. Yes I did... very annoying to see Matrix do some surprise announcements I would like to have. And in 2 colours. With current Matrix prices, I don't know yet. I always thought it was funny they used a Lagonda coupe as a mule for the virage, and later did four door Virage versions and called them Lagonda...

For the Gran Turismo computer game a lot of brands have designed a specific racing car. And most of these Vision GT cars also make it as a 1:43 model. I've got them from Alpine, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Porsche, Bugatti and Citroen.

Futuristic sports cars - its a great line up but the Lambo is as always and rightfully the most bonkers

They're all pretty bonkers and that's the beauty of the Gran Turismo cars - the designers can go completely nuts! I have a few others that are missing here but only have a photo of one of them after Photobucket destroyed all my old pics. I'll see if I can find the others and then see if I can be bothered to photograph them. Modeler's Infiniti Concept

I don’t do games but that's impressive. I don't do games either... to me these are one-off concepts, like the dream cars from many years ago. In which brands just show their vision on what could be a sporty car with their DNA. Futuristic sports cars - its a great line up but the Lambo is as always and rightfully the most bonkers In this case it is the most extreme indeed, but much better balanced design than the Bugatti. Yes, there are models of the Infinity and Nissan Vision GTs, but most others did not make it as a model, unfortuantely.
