Good looking models! Looking at the panel gaps, looks like there is no opening parts?

Renaults and Citroëns look great! Thanks Julio, classic designs that still look good today. Good looking models! Looking at the panel gaps, looks like there is no opening parts? Correct. This series is completely sealed, and I prefer it like that. No panel gaps and no simplification of details to stay within budget. I hardly ever end up opening anything when they're in the display anyway.

Something about the basic 5 that is very appealing.

Like Andy, I have a weak spot for anything quattro. After an initial release in a PW series, Whitebox has been steadily pushing these very nice early 1:24 quattros out in a variety of colours. I already had a black and a silver version but I've now traded both for this lovely beige metallic offering on titanium coloured Ronal R8 alloys. Quite the restraint on my part, because I like them all. In fact when I got this and had let the others go, I found out that it’s a different casting altogether. Gone are the opening features, making this one of the best 1:24s in my collection. However, 1:43 is my main scale and any excursions preferably should be kept to a minimum. This has now taken the place of the black car in my rotating Audi display Whitebox - Audi quattro

Thanks Jeff, that's what attracted me in the first place too.

That's a great looking car with its wider fenders and the color really suits it. Nice model too.

Both look extremely nice, almost like 1:1s! Excellent additions, mate!

Beautiful models, always better if there is closest possible model of the car you had in your life

Beautiful models, always better if there is closest possible model of the car you had in your life Indeed. 100% correct would be an orange Renault 5L, the basic version with no wheel trims- but I'm happy with this. I like both of them, both in 1:24 and 1:1 Thanks Jeff, both are among my favourites too. In fact letting the two other Renault 5s go was a bit of a struggle.
