Real works of art given their diminutive size. Nice collection!

No denying the goodness of the TZ2 but that Holden FJ 2.2 is very charming.

Real works of art given their diminutive size. Nice collection! Biante did a very good job on these cars in this Scale Tom, and the Kyoshos are from the excellent series of different marques thy did a few years ago. No denying the goodness of the TZ2 but that Holden FJ 2.2 is very charming. They were very popular on our racetracks and roads in the '50s and into the '60s Jeff, and there is usually at least one that turns up to historic race meetings these days. Cheers Julio

The last 2 for me. What kind of business is ZUPPS?

The last 2 for me. What kind of business is ZUPPS? I still go all giggly when I see a Falcon Hardtop as well Jeff, especially if it's on the race track. Zupps is a car dealership with multiple outlets in the State of Queensland, where I grew up, so a familiar name. They are still around but unfortunately don't get to sell hot little Holdens anymore, they are now selling Kias, Hyundais and Mitusbishis amongst others I think.

I do not think any of them top #33 for me.

Impressive! Do like that GTV... Kyosho have managed to get the shape spot on in 1:64 Tom. This whole series is very good. I do not think any of them top #33 for me. This was a big-budget (for Australian racing at the time) effort Jeff. A lot of effort and work on the build was done by Lee Dykstra in the US, ultimately to no good end for Bathurst in 1974. The #25 City Ford car from 1975 is the same chassis. On a strange but true tangent, Allan Moffat's then wife, Pauline Moffat, is now married to Lee Dykstra and has been with him in the US for many years. I believe she is/was closely involved in the Indyfringe theatre festival for many years. But yes, it is a very striking livery and one that is iconic in Australian racing. He alaso race a Brut. 33 Mustang in Sports Sedan racing, but this ran in a silver and green livery, more in line with the product's packaging over here.
