These arrived from the UK today! All by Oxford, except the last one… Rolls-Royce 25/30 Lovely and very stately looking model. Rolls-Royce Phantom III I wasn’t sure if going for the all black version was the best choice but, I have to say that it looks quite appropriate! Rolls-Royce Phantom V I’m a bit disappointed with this one, the silver paint looks way too thick! Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud (Hooper) What a nice surprise! This one is really pretty and I’m very happy with the colour combination I chose! Bentley MkVI This gorgeous model is part of my collection, again! I already had one but it had a pretty notorious paint flaw and I sold it, a couple of years ago. Bedford -small unknown scale- I received this little, pretty useless gift from Oxford. It will be sold soon, very soon!

There is a lot of scale sheet metal there! Wonderful selections!

Looks like a great batch Julio! So nice to see you buying a few, but with smart discipline and focus. Oxford is a brand I have very limited experience with. Only ever bought 5 and several of those have been sold. How would you rate your direct purchase from the UK?
If I had the choose, I'm always smitten by that lovely Hooper swoopy shape and it always goes so well with 2 shades such as yours!

Very nice batch of cars Julio.
I like your colour selections, except that the Rolls-Royce 25/30 and Bentley Mk VI look very similar to my untrained eye with their similar colour combinations. Were they bodied by the same coachbuilder ?

Looks like you are well and truly back into the swing of collecting Julio - even if it is on a more focussed scale.

Nice batch to be sure, for me the Bentley MkVI is the pick of the litter.

If I had the choose, I'm always smitten by that lovely Hooper swoopy shape and it always goes so well with 2 shades such as yours! Thanks for your comments, BB! Oxfords are pretty nice models. I had no problems at all ordering directly from them, sadly the only one I had was with Mexican customs. They are so abusive! Very nice batch of cars Julio. I like your colour selections, except that the Rolls-Royce 25/30 and Bentley Mk VI look very similar to my untrained eye with their similar colour combinations. Were they bodied by the same coachbuilder ? Thanks, mate! No! The Rolls-Royce was coachbuilt by Thrupp & Maberly and the Bentley had an in-house body design. Even though I see the similarities between them, I assure you that the Rolls is more angular. Looks like you are well and truly back into the swing of collecting Julio - even if it is on a more focussed scale. Thanks, Martin! I’ve been longing for these for quite a while, and I’m really glad that I finally have them! Thanks, mate! Nice batch to be sure, for me the Bentley MkVI is the pick of the litter. Thanks, Jeff! The Bentley is really quite attractive. I must confess that it’s my favourite of this bunch, along with the two toned blue Rolls-Royce!

Nice selection Julio, shame about the silver on the Phantom being thick. I do have it but cannot recall the colour scheme, likewise I have the Hooper bodied car which may be kind of brown and tan, I'm too lazy to go and have a look in the RR/Bentley department. I must take photos for you! It's great that it was easy for you to order but sad that as is the norm customs make it an unpleasant experience. On Sunday I am going to the local toyfair, I wonder what will come home with me? Less money than I went with no doubt.

The Hooper comes is various colour combinations, and brown and tan is one of them. I’ll be looking forward to see what you find this weekend!

That's pretty good, it must be the Italian influence .

Another smart, on-focus addition Julio. Kess rarely disappoints and this seems to that standard. Congrats!
