Some of the 1:1s I have owned I've managed to get in 1:43. Triumph Spitfire IV in the correct Pimento Red red and Fiat X1/9 in metallic orange were easy. Others like Morris Marina Coupe SDL 1300, and Triumph 1500 Saloon plus Ford Capri Mk1 Facelift, MkII in 1600 XL and 2.0GL in the right colours remain awaiting for the planets to align... Could be some time. My tally of 1:1 stands at 24 from 1964 to present. My 2005 1:1 black E46 Facelift Coupe with black interior remains on the awaited list although I have 318Ci and 328Ci in bright colours as a close but not quite there examples.

Marcellix, wow, you've got the 120Y coupe model, and you spent some time in the saloon as a kid. My full sized one is blue. I think the Go-Faster stripe kind of spoils the model because it's not horizontal, it's angled slightly down towards the back. It's been confusing my searches that these cars are down as Nissans. They were Datsuns, at least to us in the West. I seem to recall that name was only given to the cars sold to the Western world. Perhaps in Japan they were always known as Nissans. Yes, let's encourage them to produce the saloon. Yes, the striping does spoil the model of the Datsun 120Y Coupé as it was called in Europe too. Overhere, Datsun was rebranded to Nissan in the early eighties. But in Japan there was always only Nissan. And overthere this car was called the Nissan Sunny GX Coupé, modelseries B210.
