I see the evolution of this car as a remarkable design exercise. Never much liked the first series I produced from 1964 to 1966. Then, in 1965 Ferrari produced the rare and very expensive Competizione version that seemed pretty much like a GTO. In 1966 Ferrari started the production of the 275 GTB/4, with a four cam engine and longer front, so this sencond series was called “long nose”. It no longer looked like a GTO, and the car got a very distinctive identity. It´s the one I like most, and by 1967 a few (ten I guess) Nart Spyders were made. I had these two models from Box, both very accurate and very well detailed. I already presented the spyder in the late forum, and it was essentially paint job and new wheels. Made the retracted canvas roof with spare piece of plastic, and recently added wider tires so the car looks as macho as the real one. As for the yellow coupe, I only had to make a new paint and front lights. The original wheels are fine, so the interiors. Both cars got the treatment on metal bodies that these Box models usually need. Today, the 1965 Competizione and the Nart Spyder are among the most valuable Ferraris.
