A letter from the Netherlands arrived an hour ago! Last November, I wrote a message to Matrix telling them about the obvious Quality Control problem I had with this model. I also told them that I would be willing to try to repair it but that I feared breaking the door handles while attempting it. They answered and told me they would be happy to send me some spare door handles. Here they are: So now, I’m ready to fix those bloody door handles!

That letter took five weeks to arrive? Wow. Well, at least you can fix it now.

A BIG thumbs up to Matrix - happy to see there's still a few businesses with empathetic customer service. In the US, it really seems that many retail businesses just don't care anymore. Post-Covid there is a marked difference when making returns with faulty merchandise, even with receipts. Consumers really need to be dilligent/vigilant more than ever it seems. Rant over and let us know how the repairs go?

Yes, credit where credit is due. How many other model companies would go to that effort.
