I wasn’t quite sure where to post this question, I’m sure Tom etc will move it if required. I have recently been researching into producing scale GB number plates and have managed to install the required font on my desktop but not as yet on my iPad. I have an otf file wrt to the font but have no idea how to get it into word on iPad. Google is no help. Any suggestions?

Sorry, forgot about that. You can use the three dots on the righthand side of the browser menu bar to select Google Translate.
Install and manage fonts on iPhone In the App Store you can download fonts that you can use in documents you create on the iPhone.
After you download a font app from the App Store, open the app to install the fonts.
To manage installed fonts, go to Settings > General > Fonts.

Problem is Tom, knowing beforehand which of the font apps has the particular font that I need. (Charles Wright 1935).

There probably isn't one, so you'd be better off doing this on a PC.
