In the interested of dressing up an O-scale auto dealership, I bought these pins, which might come in handy in in various scenes. Ford Crest Lapel Pins, 1950s Vintage by Michael, on Flickr The "Dearborn Crest" and the "Gear Lightning". The Dearborn Crest was introduced for 1950 and became the primarily logo for Ford cars both in the USA and in certain other countries such as The Netherlands. In te Sixties the crest was elongated and was specific to the compact Fairlane. The Gear Lightning was used on US Ford trucks from 1953 to 1966. Ford Crest Lapel Pins, 1950s Vintage by Michael, on Flickr Two of the pins are specific to Ford's Amsterdam assembly plant. I don't know what V.A.B. stands for... maybe an autoworkers union?

VAB was a dealership. It stands for Verenigde Automobiel Bedrijven or United Automobile Companies.
