If you're only going to have one book on F1, then one by mark Hughes is a good choice.
I'm with you on the Volvo.

Plenty to like here, I will look into that Volvo book. Not a lot of Volvo stuff out there, at least not in English. If you're only going to have one book on F1, then one by mark Hughes is a good choice. I'm with you on the Volvo. My thoughts exactly Not sure why but I have a real interest in the making and selling of cars. Not the way things are now but back in the analog days. Here are some books that scratch that itch. One on the Gigantic River Rouge complex. Once you make them you have to sell them A very in depth look at selling Chevrolet

Triumph book looks interesting! It really is Great niche books, very interesting. A very good description of them. Just 2 for today, this is all I have photographed right now. Actually I fin that I do not enjoy dragging them all out for picture day. But, I only have a few shelfs to go and like the old saying, In for a penny, in for a pound. No need to explain these next ones, they are the newest books in my collection, got them both this spring.

Perfect sources of knowledge to accompany your models. Not at all surprised that you have these.

I actually acquired a new book last week. I was working in a Farm dealership, they sold full on farm tractors, the things were gigantic. They had a section in the showroom for clothes, diecast, books and toys (they always do) in addition to a full on hardware selection that I was setting up. I kept looking at this book and as I was leaving, I told the Parts manager I wanted to buy it. he handed it to me and said thanks for all your hard work. Very nice of him! I am about 2/3's through it and am enjoying the read.

What a way to end the week Jeff! That's a nice bonus and the subject matter hits the spot! Would love to add this, but I'm paying for mine

I saw that in the book, very impressed that you knew this. That looks great, a very interesting car and no doubt an interesting story. Well-deserved. It was quite a versatile car with many uses. And the story has been quite good.

What Julio says. I also have a couple of models of these cars. Looking at the drivers names on the cover I have met Bob Bondurant, Jack Sears and John Whitmore and have a couple of Cortinas signed by him, he came into the old St Martins model shop in London and signed them and I scooped up a couple. Jack Sears was an absolute gentleman to talk to, I have a model of his 1963.5 Galaxie with which he won the 1963 British saloon Car championship despite the best efforts of Jaguar to have the car banned as they had done in 1961 when Dan Gurney imported an 1961 409ci Impala which led the way at Silverstone until a lap or so from the end when a rear wheel broke.

That is fantastic! Love those highly specialised books, when you've read them you really know everything there is to know on the subject. The model is pretty amazing and very tempting too.

It does look like a crackerjack read.
I have Mick Walsh's one on a 1933 Alfa Romeo Monza that is part of the same series. It is still on my "to read" list but you have inspired to move it up the order.
