These were added to my library in 1999, all bought in Guadalajara: 75A beautiful book about eroticism in art! 76I bought this book shortly after I found my house! 77A rather interesting book with lots of photos and helpful information about gardening! 78I was looking for more information to pick the correct plants for my new house… No wonder why I wasn’t buying books about cars those years…!!! 😬😬😬

Nope, guess you were otherwise occupied! Gardening and plants are not my thing- I keep pulling the wrong plants or I forget to water. My potted plants have been replaced by plastic plants, the only ones that I manage to keep alive...

Gardening books look great! I am very much a 'yard man'. Love keeping a lawn, hedges, shrubs, trees, but never that great with flowering plants. I think I miss my yard more than my actual house at the old place Really fun to see all your books Julio! They tell a story of one's life and interests.

Gardening isn’t really my thing, either… I bought those when I moved to my current home just because I wanted to choose the right plants for my patios! Gardening books look great! I certainly am! I also have a small number of gardening Books. I remember having seen photos of your backyard, Jeff! I remember that it was quite green!

These two were bought in Guadalajara, in the year 2000… 79A fascinating, absolutely delightful book with lots of interesting information! It proved extremely helpful in understanding the intertwined story of European royalty, and especially a seemingly obscure link in the Portugese line that I was very interested in finding more about! 80A big, heavy book from the same series as the one I have about the baroque style, but even better! Great book!

Gothic style book should be very interesting. If there is ONE style of architecture I dislike it's Gothic. Pugin is the pits to me!

These two were bought in 2001, in Guadalajara: 81I’m really not much into cooking so, the very few books about cooking that I have were bought either because they were extremely inexpensive or because I was really hungry when I bought them, or both! 82A fascinating artist whose work I’m absolutely crazy about!

Do NOT buy books when hungry...never really thought about it that way ...in contrast to not grocery shopping while hungry!

Never heard of Baselitz... now the microwave, that is something I do master. I saw an amazing exhibit of his work at an art museum in Bonn, the last time I visited Germany, during the early 90s. There must be excellent examples of Baselitz’s work in Dutch modern art museums! Do NOT buy books when hungry...never really thought about it that way ...in contrast to not grocery shopping while hungry! Oh no, I’ve learned the lesson and now, I never go near the cookbook area in bookstores if I’m hungry!
