75 Anos de Ford En Mexico by Michael, on Flickr 75 Anos de Ford En Mexico Ford Motor Company SA de CV, 2000 ISBN: 968-5011-06-0 I was excited to stumble on this book last year. Great to learn more about the history of Ford in Mexico. I have lots of books in languages that I can't read much of, but if something really strikes my interest I can translate it. One odd this that I detected about this book is that it didn't seem to have any self awareness of the models that were unique to Mexico.

50 ar Med Ford I Norage by Michael, on Flickr 50 ar Med Ford I Norage Terje Saethre ISBN 978-82-303-1687-0 Thanks to a Norwegian friend who was able to get this book for me. Prior to 1960, Ford’s operation was a branch of Ford of Denmark and virtually all of the Fords sold there were assembled in Denmark. In 1960 Ford’s sales and service operation in Norway became independent of Ford of Denmark and was now controlled by Ford in Dearborn. This book is kind of a remembrance of the period 1960-2010 for of Ford in Norway. There are no Ford assembly plants or unique Norwegian models (that I am aware of)to include in such a book, but there are a lot of nice pictures of Ford vehicles, Ford owners and Ford Norway management. The book was written by Terje Saethre who also edits the award winning magazine of the Norwegian chapter of the Early Ford V8 Club of America, the V8 Forum. 50 ar Med Ford I Norage, back cover by Michael, on Flickr

A Fitting Tribute, C1 by Michael, on Flickr A fitting Tribute To Our Rich Heritage of 93 Years In Canada Ford of Canada Public Affairs Sandra Notarianni 1997 This is a small booklet produced by Ford of Canada Public Affairs in 1997. These days there are several real books on Ford of Canada, but at time this was it. This copy was given to me by the author who was Ford of Canada's archivist. A Fitting Tribute, C2 by Michael, on Flickr Only one of these vehicles was actually built in Canada... Anybody know which one?

A History of Small Sidevalve Fords by Michael, on Flickr A History of Small Sidevalve Fords Dave Turner The Ford Sidevalve Owners Club, 1980 A very good small book covering all British sidevalve I-4s. BTW, I visited Dave Turner at his home in Yorkshire in 2001 and he started me on my model collecting by giving am a Vanguards Zephyr 4.

Great to know the author personally. I love it when someone writes a book about a very clearly defined subject using the knowledge gained over many years rather than research. It makes for very different books.
