Will make an effort to show my car-related books here... These I found last Saturday at the local thrift. I had the first edition of the GTI book but it was published when the mk.2 was current. For EUR 6, this went into my cart straightaway And you didn't think I'd leave this, in Dutch and still in its shrink wrap for EUR 4? Finding these made my day.

I can't imagine you not having either of them.

Neither of these is the definitive work on its subject. Nice books though

While both would be welcome here, the Rootes group book is one I will be on the lookout for.

Thanks David. This was EUR 6, which is more within my budget.

This was found a year or two ago at a collectors fair. Hard to decide when to buy a book on an existing marque, it's always behind the facts. Nice pictures and history though As it happens, I have some semi-duplicates (Actually a different edition of the first book) My design background also comes into action sometimes This is what I like best- books on one single model No fan of Chrysler, but I had to take this home. Very nice book

Had to go through several months' worth of pictures on my phone to find these. They were all gifts from a friend as a payment for some car parts I didn't want money for. Can't have enough Transporter books This one's pretty good too Have been leafing through this, it seems quite decent This was a bit of a disappointment- nothing new learnt My books are a mix of Dutch, English, German and occasionally French or Italian. I guess living in a small country makes you look outside.

Nice books! We share one of your Aston Martin books and the Chrysler one. The Art and the Automobile one sounds quite interesting!

Chrysler Chronicles was a must have for me. At remaindered price it was even better.

This I got a year or so earlier, it was discounted because it didn't have the 2021 race in it. Still, a decent history and lots of nice old pictures

I would think it would cost more for not having 2021 in it.
