I recently purchased the 1956 Ford Mainline Utility by Trax. Here I am comparing it with some similar models already in my collection. The bed is too short and the cabin is probably too long. I think that Trax got the proportions right. The bed cover on the Armco is actually borrowed from the Trax Zephyr Ute. Comparison: Ford Coupe Utilities by Trax (1956-57) and Armco (1958-59) by Michael, on Flickr The Trax has the correct storage area under the back window, the Armco doesn't. Comparison: 1955 Ford Customline and 1956 Ford Mainline by Trax by Michael, on Flickr The painted detail of the Customline's hub caps would have been welcome on the Mainline.
