Like your pictures a lot Julio, what an attractive place. Looks like it would be great to visit. Indeed it does and I would bet the food is incredible!
Julio, any chance you take some pics of street food vendors wares? Perhaps this is not common in Guadalajara? I just don't know? Those of us North of the border in recent times are given the impression by our media that these food vendors are everywhere, is this so?

Food in Tlaquepaque is very good but a bit expensive! What kind of food vendors you’re talking about, BB?

That's lovely Julio. Any wider views of the design? Obviously very commercial/industrial in materials and shape. Is that some type of fresco at the peak?

Unfortunately no more views but, I’ll try to remember to take more photos the next time I visit that place. What do you mean by “fresco”?

Fresco is a just a 'fancy' term for open-air dining...at least that's my understanding

I live in Central Pennsylvania. There are quite a few interesting sights to see here. The most famous (or infamous) are the battlefield at Gettysburg...
I'm not superstitious, but if there was ever a place that could be haunted, Gettysburg is it. I defy anyone to visit and not have a chill run down their spine.
The second infamous place is Three Mile Island. Here she is at "full chat" just weeks before "the incident".
On a lighter note; Harrisburg has a beautiful train station that has been meticulously maintained over many decades. It's now one of the few surviving stations in the US with wrought iron traverse supports and red brick construction. Add this to the fact that the Strasburg Railroad is not far away (in Lancaster county) and you have quite an opportunity to see old steam engines in their natural habitat. A lot of the steam rail scenes that you've seen in movies were filmed at Harrisburg because the Strasburg Railroad (who are among the best in the world at restoring steam locomotives) can put an engine on the tracks and get her to Harrisburg Station.
I took all of the above photos during a "Press Day" prior to the filming of a movie scene. I wish I had videos of those engines steaming, clattering, and clanging into the station.

Very nice Alex! I have some deep family roots in parts of Pennsylvania and last visited in 2016 on unrelated business. Just saying 'steaming, clattering, and clanging' pretty much brings your great rail photos to life!

Just saying 'steaming, clattering, and clanging' pretty much brings your great rail photos to life! Thanks. It's hard to describe the sound of a Ten-wheeler pulling into Harrisburg. Every nuance is amplified and reflected. The brass bells in particular are unforgettable. Combined with the sound of the steam and the drivers, the Doppler effect and echos off of the iron platform...you need to hear it to believe it.

The Rockville Bridge is the longest stone masonry arch railroad viaduct ever built, with forty-eight 70-foot spans and a total length of 3,820 feet (1,160 m). The bridge crosses the Susquehanna River about 5 miles north of Harrisburg. The eastern end is in Rockville and the western end is just south of Marysville. It was built by the PRR (of course).
You've probably all seen the PA State Capitol.Because of the dramatic architecture (vast expanses of granite and marble, and the dome) as it has been in quite a few movies, TV shows and commercials.
It's one of those "F*ck me! Really?" buildings. Here it is seen from the West Shore (my neighborhood).
The interior makes the national Capitol look like a booger.
