Stewart Just found this on the Classic & Sportscar web site. How convenient. Photos of Jim Clarks road cars he had. www.classicandsportscar.com/gallery/11-road-cars-driven-f1-hero-jim-clarkNOTE neither of the Sunbeam photos are of his cars. But reading the text it would indicate that his first Sunbeam Talbot was a Mk2A like shown in the first photo (see vents beside the radiator grille - they are different on a Mk3). His second car was a Sunbeam Mk3 like the second photo. This second car is the one generally seen in photos of BSH 510. Chris |

One of his last drives.   Jim Clark test drove the revolutionary Lotus 56 at Indianapolis in March 1968. It had gas turbine power and 4WD.  LOTUS 56 INDY PRATT & WHITNEY ST6 GAS TURBINE 1968 INDY 500 TESTING SPARK S1760 |
